Playphone

Playphone is a startup building the next generation of mobile gaming. I was initially brought onto the team as the second design hire and as the team grew I was promoted to lead designer. As design lead, I hired and grew the design organization to a team of 3 that I managed and mentored. I was the primary advocate for design within the company and handled all creative request intake. I also led a company wide rebrand and was solely responsible for the visual output spanning product, marketing and sales.
